About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Management Director to lead the transformation of manual workflows into automated, scalable systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions, including technology-forward processes and CRM modernization, while managing internal teams and evaluating external partnerships under the guidance of senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for initiatives aimed at automating and systematizing existing processes.
Project Leadership: Manage a portfolio of high-impact projects.
Team Management: Direct cross-functional internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
Vendor Evaluation: Conduct due diligence on external vendors and technology partners to assess capabilities, fit, and value.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
Innovation Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends in automation, AI, and enterprise software to inform product strategy.
Stay informed of technology updates relevant to the life insurance industry.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Proven track record of delivering software solutions
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
Trustworthiness and respect for the sensitive nature of clients and data
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience in the life insurance industry is a must. Knowledge of Private Placement Life Insurance is ideal
Professional Certifications are a plus
University Degree in Computer Science or similar
Strong sense of ownership of projects and tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective teamwork skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and meet deadlines on multiple tasks simultaneously
